One Response to “BEER TOURS FOR INDIVIDUALS”

  • Ahoj,

I am a beer writer and a homebrewer and will be staying in Prague from May 24 to May 29 and am looking for an accompanier/translator to visit a brewery or two with us. My parents and my wife, 4 in total.

I have yet to confirm which breweries I am visiting but thinking about Ferdinand or Herold.

I’d also like to visit Branik and Cesky Brod but understand there are no breweries there (I believe the Branik Brewery is out of business). If this is incorrect, please let me know.

Cesky Brod is of historical importance as my great grandfather, Josef Stein, was a grain merchant there. As far as I understand, he would have sold grains to a brewery like Herold or Ferdinand, however if there are smaller breweries in or around Cesky Brod I’d love to know. I look forward to hearing from you.

    Best regards,

    Mike Stein
